Pennsylvania is transforming its long term care system – from one focused on providing care in nursing homes to one centered on home and community-based services.

This transformation provides caregivers, consumers, taxpayers and caring people with the opportunity to build a homecare system that delivers first rate care through first rate caregivers.

The Home Care Accountability Project is actively engaged in fighting for the system that seniors, people with disabilities, home caregivers and taxpayers really want. Our members sit on major Commonwealth stakeholder committees. We vote, contribute to political action funds, and educate our fellow citizens about where lawmakers stand on the issues that matter to us.  By standing together, we can build the homecare system that we need and deserve.
