About Us
The Homecare Accountability Project is seniors, caregivers, advocates, religious leaders, elected officials, and caring Philadelphians who are standing up for quality care and quality jobs so our elderly and disabled family members can live at home with dignity.
Our Principles:
- Seniors and people with disabilities need quality homecare to live at home and stay part of the community.
- Quality homecare requires trained, qualified homecare workers that can be counted on to provide good care to our loved ones in their homes.
- Providing care for seniors and people with disabilities should be a quality job with good pay, affordable health benefits, and proper training.
- People in our community need good jobs, and home care is a fast growing field that can provide jobs right here in our community.
- We need to hold homecare agencies accountable for providing the quality care our loved ones deserve and the quality jobs our community needs.
